Dr.Manimala Roy, Principal Basava International School received the “Exceptional Women of Excellence Award” for her empowering leadership and stellar contribution at the annual edition of the Women Economic Forum (WEF) in New Delhi on 27 April,2018.This award is conferred on eminent women and leaders in all walks of life who through their pioneering example become the role models of excellence for others.

Her dedication towards education and her leadership have been impacting young minds who are the pillars of our future. She was also a Plenary Speaker on the theme: “The Economics of Goodness: Empowering Potential, Engineering Change”. Dr.Harbeen Arora, Global Chairperson of Women Economic Forum handed the award to Dr.Roy.
