INTERNATIONAL KIDS FILMS FESTIVAL 2018

Basava International School, Sector 23, Dwarka in collaboration with School Cinema had the privilege of hosting the prestigious INTERNATIONAL KIDS FILM FESTIVAL 2018.The screening of award winning feature films commenced on Children’s Day,14th November and continued till 17th November 2018,in the school library.

Students from Primary, Middle and Senior Secondary school had the golden opportunity to view a myriad of award winning short films from across 30 different countries. Films like ‘Adama’ from France; ‘Dogstar-Christmas in Space’ from Australia; ‘Henry’ from Austria; ‘The Day my Father became a Bush’ from Netherlands and ‘Chuskit’ from India were a big hit with the children. All the films were age appropriate and value based. Different timings were allocated for various age groups and the children immensely enjoyed watching these movies. A special screening of these films was also held for the parents on 17th November 2018, the PTM day. All the parents enjoyed the films and appreciated the efforts being taken by the school towards holistic development of the students.
